QUILTING DATES
The Lafayette Quilters will NOT meet in November. The next meeting will be Thursday, December 11th. Anyone, male or female, is welcome to join us from 9:30- 11:30 AM in the Fellowship Hall.

TOWN HALL MEETING
Town Hall Meeting to Discuss PC(USA) General Assembly Amendments.  Our Presbytery is sponsoring a Town Hall Meeting on Sunday, November 2nd, at Faith Church, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. 
Our Commissioners to the 218th General Assembly will be available to discuss with any interested people how a GA works, what Authoritative Interpretations are, and the current amendments to be voted upon by the presbyteries.  Also, ask Dr. Lown for information about the General Assembly actions you are particularly interested in.
